Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) A government agency that protects and assist americans in obtaining home ownership. The site offers government policy, programs, reports and news.

Federal Housing Administration (FHA) offers government guarantee program when a first time home buyer or low income individual wants to obtain mortgage.
